For instance, it was routine for cars to go 10,000-15,000 miles without an oil change. Of course, at 20,000 miles we put them up for sale. I wonder if people know how horrid those cars are that they are buying and being pressured to buy extended warranties. Our Assitant Manager rented a car that had an immediate air bag recall (that was the event where I had enough). Biggest lie told: If you purchase our supplemental insurance then you don't have to file a claim with your insurance company. This is a complete lie and they know it. Lying about prices, lying about availability, lying about anything and with no consistency. I got out and nearly had a nervous breakdown. |
