The best part is the people that stick it out in erac have to marry other people that work in erac because they cannot find anyone else because they work such long hours. So its like Losers marrying Losers, then they will have loser kids :-)
I wonder if they tell their loser kids "We work hard, but we reward hard work" :-) yeah right.

They reason why people get promoted in erac is because so many people are quitting so fast erac does not know what to do :-)
