I just like to remind ????? of these past events. You are one of the more respected members of the board (although I don't know why, seeing every faceless poster here has as much credibility as the next guy) and even you have laughed at some of ?????'s crazy beliefs/remarks. And from reading your posts, you seem like you're half way intelligent. So Slave, why do you think ????? likes to puff himself up to appear bigger than he really is? You cannot say you don't have an opinion, seeing as you've corrected ????? in the past when his nonsense over came him. |
I don't think he puffs himself up bigger than he is I just think he feels he is making a difference and is very optimistic about it. I think that if Enterprise was to have a complete 180 as far as business ethics, customer service and other complaints this website would have a 10-12% impact on that directly. I think the rest would be from the market, employees and a changing of the guard. There are not enough posters on here to represent a large enough amount of employees or customers that could possibly change things.
Now I could be wrong but for ????? to actually think that this site is making him tough or a bad ass company bucker then he would be nuts. I think he has a cause, I think he has a beef but like the President I think ????? is too far into this to turn back now because then he would be succumbing to all of the people who have told him he is not making a difference (even though I feel he is making a slight one). He is making a difference though and that is amongst the passive job seekers (those thinking about leaving ERAC but need that extra push). They see that transferring or getting promoted is not the answer and make the decision to bounce. The passive renter as well who may think ERAC is the only rental company or the person who feels "alone" in their plight against the big green. Those are his "followers" and those are his customers.
