I know someone who emailed him and Andy sent a personal email back! It was concerning a time they had crossed paths before, so it was actually surely him that replied and not a secretary or anything. Pretty cool for such a "big guy" to take the time to respond to an average joe customer - on a Saturday, nonetheless!
