How is this ass clown still in charge and overseeing people's lives/careers? This guy is equivalent to a pedophiliac priest who is still allowed to be in the business and everyone turns the cheek or sweeps stuff under the rug! This guy is very, very, very bad news. He is all and I repeat all, smoke and mirrors! He would knock his own grandmother down near the finish line just to win. Stay clear of this guy he is very believable at first but will turn on you when you don't see it coming. Also one more thing. He always has an agenda! Watch the questions he askS you when he comes to your office. you think he is being nice or concerned about things but he is really gathering information to use against somebody or to lie to somebody else. he is a big time game player and he is good at it. The way to beat him is to ask him very blunt questions no matter what level you are in and he will not answer you full and directly. He will get pressed though and tell you you are a immature communicator etc, etc..... Press him on certain issues and don;t let him off the hook and you will figure out the real Mark Z...... Ask him questions like why won't you talk to GABE at Vinart face to face? It will be something like this: "me going there would not benefit either party" - or there is nothing positive that can come out of that" This is how he will answer questions and you will see him shying from things become a pussy..... VINART is the top shop in the EAST SIDE And mark will not show his face there after repeated requests...... Also ask mark questions like is it believable to make 100k as an area mgr in the first 3 years and see what he says. If he does not like you or really know you he will say ask your manager or area mgr. if he knows you he wil say absolutely but again it is performance based. THIS IS NOT TRUE SO BEWARE. Also ask him how long he was a Branch Manager for :: the answer is 6 months and then became lcam the first in the group...... Ask him if he truly likes his job? the answer is yes though. the guy actually loves his job there...... that is the only truth you will get out of him.....
