When I was at ERAC (Canada) there was a 300% turnover rate. That is what makes them the largerest hirer of grads. I am not sure what its like in the States but there are plenty of jobs available to college grads in a non-technical field, making more in the first year than any ERAC MT! It is clear to me that Enterprise was a terrible choice for me and for a lot of other people as well. You dont come accross too many websites titled "failing - insert company name" .com.
