I worked at ERAC for 3+ years. I was a BM, worked from 7:30-6:30 everyday and most saturdays. Now I work in Boston doing something with my degree, making the same as I did as a BM only working 35 hours a week. I work in a law firm, one of the largest in the country, and I work in the real estate field. It's great, laid back, people are friendly and not cuthroat. To go back on the Patriots analopy for a moment, the only way that ERAC is like the Pats is when you are performing at #1, then you are the golden child. Once your numbers drop or someone else comes in and outshines you, forget it, you are done. I saw that so many times. Once they are done with you they say thanks and move on. It is a revolving door and it is so sad that you people that are sticking up for it will be back here within a year bitching and moaning after it spit you out.
