People work at ERAC as last resort, if its not your last resort then DON'T DO IT! It might be a good resume builder or a stepping stone if you are an optimist. Don't eat up the bullshit about it being a career, cause its not, its a scam. The best thing you can do is get what you need out of the company if you have to work there and get out. Everyone at ERAC is replaceable, upper management doesn't care if you stay or go as long as they got someone else to fill your spot.
