I will give you that he had a hell of a drive and he devoted alot of time to the company....however, it was his choice not to move closer.

He treated his employees like shit unless you were an ass kisser like Timmy Scams....if you ever expressed yourself to him--you might as well get ready for an as raping.

It was about time he got the boot. He has had 5 employees quite in the past 30 days--all because his management style sucks, there is no flexibility, and he just doesn't care.

He was so unprofessional. He would chew and spit during meetings, could never give you advise. He only knew how to scream at you and talk about EVERYONE behind their backs.
