Hey maybe they can promote that girl from LP's old branch at 30, what is her name? The one with the broken leg with the EEOC on her Fav 5. Is Chip still in charge here, how did he let this happen. WHEN THE HELL IS CORPORATE GOING TO SEE THAT THIS OPERATION IN GROUP 43 IS NOT WORKING. GET RID OF THE TOP LEVELS AND START FRESH, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO LET THIS MANAGEMENT TEAM STOP RUINING THE LIFE OF MANY GOOD PEOPLE. HOW MANY GRM'S AND ARM'S HAS THIS GROUP GONE THROUGH IN 3 YEARS. I am sure it is more than 4-5 other groups combined. Chip how do you go to sleep at night? Please tell us, just quit yourself and stop killing people. I guess MacArthur needs to make a return and finally take this to the top levels of our judicial branch. Chip and Pat are you ready to play? You have to know when to hold em, know when to fold em, know when to walk away and know when to run. Now it is time to lay the cards down and show everyone what you have and What CARDS I AM HOLDING STILL. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN LETS GET READY FOR THE MAIN EVENT. |
Why would Chip leave even if he is a failure. Hell he gets paid between 6.5 and 10% of group profits, well he may not make the 10% kicker this year. Lets see even at 6.5%, lets just say the group does miserable --fleet and carsales break even, and rental has huge negative OP but with FLIP we are looking at Net Income of 100 a car, that is pretty bottom barrel, well the Chipper would make $100*5800*.065% Oh shit thats $37,700 a month ($482,000 annulized with his base), plus a company car, the ability to use the company to buy tickets to major sporting events like the NCAA tournament and the TPC (bet he does not claim these finge benefits to the IRS, maybe I will report this shit) or lets not forget he puts tons of company expenses on his personal credit card to earn rewards, and the company paid membeship to Palencia, a company car and the fringe benefits his executive assistant provides to him. Thats enough to feel good about screwing up peoples lives if you sell your soul.
Chip made over $1Million in 2006 and will likely do it again in 2007, do not be fooled this is what a failing Gm earns. I am shocked the Taylors are so frivolous with there spending. Well well we all know about the Taylors, they are shady themselves, just google "Enterprise IPO wrongful termination"
Asalamma Lama Lakum Chipper!!!!
