Everyone goes thru the same ERAC program. The employees that work hard make it and the employees that complain about everything don't! The 1st few years are tough, once you get thru that the job is easy and pays great. It only pays great if you know how to run a business. If you failed then you are not meant for the business world. Go be a teacher, the world needs more teachers.
