We do our best to honor reservations for the correct car size...but that is impossible. Simple as that, impossible. If you think it could be done better, please share. OK, then, I'll make it really simple for you. While I'm waiting for Enterprise to get it together, I've been renting at another national chain just blocks away. I've rented from them 45 times now in the past 18 months and they've had my car ready all 45 times. Ready, cleaned, fueled, out the door in 60 seconds.
If they can do it, why can't Enterprise?
I'm asking this seriously. Why can't Enterprise do this? The answer, of course, is that they don't want to, because it would reduce profits.

Yes, I said "8,000 page views per day". Not visitors. And not all of them are customers.

OK, a few facts:
1. Traffic is high and keeps growing. Last month, the site had 9,200 unique IP addresses.
2. MSN Search, Google, and Yahoo refer over 200 people per day to the site.
3. From the discussion board messages, fan mail, and private messages I receive, it's clear that Enterprise is losing potential customers and potential employees because people can come to FailingEnterprise.com and get an independent opinion.
I think these are reasons to be concerned. If you don't, maybe you should reconsider your career in a service-oriented business.
