Thats because Robert, Grover, and ????? are the same person. I posted a reply to Grover that called him out and then Grover's post was mysteriously edited to change what he originally said.
Here's how it works. ????? tries to drum up interest in the site, which is difficult to do since no customers actually visit the site. He created the character Robert, who is used to get a reaction out of people and get more posts. Grover is his "adversary" who he routinely lets get kicked in the balls. Their two whacky points of view make people respond and he drives his numbers up and brags about being the administrator of a top customer complaint site. This despite no customers actually visit the site.
