Oh he's making an impact. All the MTs, MAs, and AMs in my region know about this site. We all love it. It makes us realize that it's the same crap all through this the US, Canada, and the UK. I've known a couple out people who've quit because this site validates that ERAC is a crappy company and it's just not our group/region. And there have been posters on the Stage 1 section who said they won't work for this company because of this site. No impact? I bet recruiters in every ERAC group hate this site.
