Is this guy gone yet? I know JR and AP are gone for awhile now, but when is this guy going to hit the road. When will outsiders learn that all of us MT's and MA's have all the power. It does not matter what anyone else says, Chip is on our side and will listen to and believe whatever we tell him our managers are doing wrong. It is all about our development and once we become disgruntled we tell Chip and he makes major changes. Ha...Ha...Ha...Power to the MA's and MT's. Oh yeah and we dont even have to sell. If we can't sell that falls on our managers, area managers and group rental managers heads also. Damn we cant do anything wrong, this is a great company to work for.
