are things really that bad in preroaria??? are they losing more employees or is it something else?? i was told i would become an AM in a few short months and that turned into about a year. it will probably take 3 months to arrange a grill and go on all of your marketing calls........don't be fooled MT's unless your going to go into a branch with high OP you will make LESS than you are right now and work MORE.
