Its sad but true. He still is in shady as hell, and probably those most annoying aspect of this clown is that he tries to analyize everyone as far as their "promotability and what they think about ERAC" with a simple conversation about anything...the weather, sports. He is always trying to get dirt out of you without ever really asking up front. Everyone knows what he is doing when he is in the branch and just strikes up a "conversation" with you.
