I guess Enterprise is in between the next hiring wave when they have to ignore the "Standards" just to get people in spots that would go unfilled. Guess the whole idea at erac is ignoring skilling and grilling requisites when it is necessary. It is the greatest hypocrisy that the managers are willing to break their own rules, but when staffing is good they can stick to the "requirements". That is the biggest bunch of shady, impervious assholes I have ever run into.
