To get the brass ring, you need to show you are mentally strong, iron willed, and disciplined. They don't just hand out company cars and store keys to every lackey that walks though the door. Its a hardball world and you need to prove the U have something to offer. The steely eyed glint you see in any BM or ARM or above means they know people skills, how to negotiate, how to play to strengths, how to play to weaknesses, to how move in for the kill. Did you ever see the movie Wall Street? We are Ruthless like Gordon Gecko, like Tony Montana in a sharp suit.

It's all about running your own deal and staying true to the vision that has rewarded myself and so many others. Not my problem if YOUR vision of success is hazy and unrecognizable. I've been a branch mgr for 3 yrs and I am living the dream.
All you ERAC haters have missed the point. Branch $$$ Manager speaks the truth. He makes the perfect example in comparing ERAC to Gordon Gecko in the movie Wallstreet. Everyone has the chance to make it to the top at ERAC... you just have to lie, steal and cheat to get there... just like Mr. Gecko. Sorry, I'd rather work for the company I'm employed with now, a multinational, well respected, billion dollar consulting company that provides value to its clients. Furthermore, the employees are respected and considered the highest asset of the company. I'm allowed to build upon the business skills I have now and continue to develop additional skills with every new project. I'm no longer a chimp brainwashed into suckering others into buying worthless products like DUB ,working at the same deal day after day after day. Thank god I couldn't "hack it" at Enterprise. Drop the green banana! Geesh!
