Re: Ex-ERACer Needing Rip Off Tips For Rental Go to the ERAC webpage, find the airport and play with rates, extending it out for a week or a month. the computer will cut the weekly rates into 1/5 or sometimes 1/7 for the daily rate. then just keep the car for the day or two you need it. you can get a $11/day car this way some times. You can also try monthly rates if the weekly rates are high. and of course enter that corporate account number for the 10% off! if rates are really high even this way, make the res for another day when the rates are low, then call the branch and move the res. if this doesn't work claim that erac screwed up and ask for the area managers name, this should get you what you want. if not ask for the RVP's name and RASIE HEll-you'll probably get it free that way |
