I always hated it when a friend/family member asked me to get them a deal somewhere out of state. I usually wouldn't do it because I didn't want them getting pissed at me when something went wrong with the car or reservation. We all know it happens. Besides, they usually could get a better deal through a competitor anyways without having to take damage waiver.
