MY MANAGER TELLS ME THAT YOUR INFORMATION ON STATISTICAL SAMPLING IS IN ERROR. EVERY CUSTOMER GETS A PHONE CALL. WE RECEIVE THOUSAND OF SURVEYS COMPLETED. INDUSTRY WIDE WE ARE THE LEADER IN THIS. YOU CAN'T QUESTION THE NUMBERS HERE. IF YOU CAN'T HACK, LEAVE!

OK, now I know you are full of shit. There is no way, no way in hell that every single customer gets a phone call. It is impossible and also it would be incredibly expensive. I've never gotten a call so explain that. ALso I don't know what these surveys are that you speak of, but ERAC does not mail out surveys. Look, come here with facts or don't bother. Now bring that to your manager!

You actually believe your manager when s/he tells you this? You think ERAC is going to pay to have an outside research company call every customer when they don't even pay their employees well? Speaking of which, do you know how many customers give us disconnected numbers and run off to Mexico with our cars? How can we survey them? Get your facts straight before posting more comments. You are also probably not a part time driver. "Can't hack it." That sounds like management BS to me.

I have rented from enterprise 3 times and never received a survey.

I saw my branch manager pick who was going to get the survey. They even made up addresses to send to people that would give a good report.

I second the message that states you should be working now.

SOME OF YOU HAVE BEEN BEEN UPSET BY OTHER THINGS THAT HAPPENED IN YOUR LIVES AND LIKE TO MAKE EXCUSES AND BLAME "BIG BROTHER"....WHY DON'T YOU... ERAC'S CUSTOMER SERVICE RATING FOR THE ENTIRE COMPANY IS 80% COMPLETELY SATISFIED. THAT IS A HUGE DEAL. SORRY THAT OLE FAILING GOT HIS FEELINGS HURT BUT THAT IS JUST THE WAY THINGS ARE. TO CREATE A SITE LIKE THIS TELLS ME ALOT ABOUT THE PERSON. I JUST CAN IMAGE THIS GUY COMPLAINING ALL THE TIME TO BIG CORPORATIONS......HE IS AT MCDONALD'S AND HE SPILLLS HOT COFFE ON HIS PANTS...IT IS MCDONALD'S FAULT...HE SPENDS TOO MUCH TIME IN THE CHECK IN WALMART BUYING HIS POCKET PROTECTOR...IT IS WALMARTS FAULT! Do you believe everything they tell you? If so you'll be a great asst mgr for the rest of your life. It is a random call to about one customer in 30.
