| I ALWAYS WILL TYPE IN ALL CAPS IN MEMORY OF THE OLD MS01 SYSTEMS AND THE WAY AREA MANAGERS USED TO GET THEIR MESSAGE ACROSS WHEN THEY WANTED TO YELL AT THE BRANCH MANAGER VIA THE PRINTER MESSAGE SYSTEM. HELLO, I AM A PART TIME DRIVER THAT HAS WORKED FOR ERAC FOR OVER 15 YEARS. I HAVE DONE AND SEEN IT ALL. PLEASE TAKE IT FROM ME, THE FAILING ENTERPRISE PERSON THAT CREATED THIS SITE HAS IT COMPLETELY WRONG! HE DOES NOT RELIZE THAT ENTERPRISE IS AN INSURANCE REPLACEMENT COMPANY. THEY CAN NEVER SAY NO TO A CUSTOMER THAT BOOKS A RESERVATION. THAT IS THEIR PROMISE TO THEIR BIGGEST ACCOUNTS, STATE FARM, ALLSTATE, ETC ETC. THEY TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX AND TRY TO ACCOMEDATE ALL CUSTOMERS. WHEN OLE FAILING ADMIN GUY GOT PUSHED ASIDE AND WAS GIVEN A PICK UP TRUCK INSTEAD OF A CAR IT WAS FOR THE GREATER GOOD. ERAC'S CUSTOMER SERVICE RATING FOR THE ENTIRE COMPANY IS 80% COMPLETELY SATISFIED. THAT IS A HUGE DEAL. SORRY THAT OLE FAILING GOT HIS FEELINGS HURT BUT THAT IS JUST THE WAY THINGS ARE. TO CREATE A SITE LIKE THIS TELLS ME ALOT ABOUT THE PERSON. I JUST CAN IMAGE THIS GUY COMPLAINING ALL THE TIME TO BIG CORPORATIONS......HE IS AT MCDONALD'S AND HE SPILLLS HOT COFFE ON HIS PANTS...IT IS MCDONALD'S FAULT...HE SPENDS TOO MUCH TIME IN THE CHECK IN WALMART BUYING HIS POCKET PROTECTOR...IT IS WALMARTS FAULT! LITTLE DOES ADMIN REALIZE IS THAT HE IS HURTING THE LITTLE GUY. ANDY TAYLOR HAS HIS MONEY AND NOTHING OLE ADMIN DOES WILL CHANGE THAT. HOWEVER, HE WILL EFFECT THE LITTLE GUY IN THE TRENCHES TRYING TO EARN A LIVING. | HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN ESQI OF 80%. AS YOU KNOW, EVERY CUSTOMER GETS A SURVEY AFTER THEY RENT A CAR. COMPLETELY SATISIFIED, SOMEWHAT SATISFIED, ETC ETC.
