You're familiar with erac at this point. What do you think will happen if the employees go to their managers and tell them that the way they're ding things is stupid and creates customer service situations? Do you think the employee will be able to effective raise your concern up the chain? Their valid point will be as effective as a fart in the wind. You should know this by now. Going after specific managers will solve what, admin? They will get in trouble? They'll leave? Then what? Erac will just replace them with someone else that can sell well and gets along with the immediate supervisor. Is this not a form of spinning it? Of course it is. Look at it this way. The problems at erac represent a large weed. By calling out specific, low on the totem pole managers and employees you're pulling the weed and possible removing some of its surface. But, are you effectively killing that weed? You have to go after the root. At erac, that root is its corporate culture. Again, I ask you...do you think you're going to change the ENTIRE internal corporate culture of a large company like erac? Your customer experiences continue to overshadow the reality of the problem. You can continue stepping on the soldier ants (employees), but that won't get rid of the infestation until you kill the queen (corporate culture). For a master's prepared professional, this should be a no brainer. So, why do you struggle in grasping this concept? |

What's wrong ?????? Can't handle the truth? Can't stand the scrutiny of people knowing who you really are and what REALLY motivates you? If someone gave you a goose that laid golden eggs, you'd complaing that the eggs weren't diamonds! |

Read the FAQ. I do sometimes identify specific Enterprise employees because of their job performance, particularly when I think they're pursuing criminal activity. If someone doesn't like this and thinks that seeking revenge by trying to "expose" the owner of this site is a good idea, then I'm going to delete those posts. Enterprise knows exactly who I am, and we communicate regularly. I don't allow myself to dragged into the site, for good or for bad. It's my right as the owner to delete any message I want, and up until a week or two ago, I deleted just a handful per year. I would strongly prefer not to, but these posts are clearly not contributing to the board, they're attempt to disrupt it. That's why they get deleted. Posts that seek revenge against Failing Enterprise by being disruptive get deleted. Get used to it. I welcome posts that criticize my ideas, opinions, web site, postings, etc. I use criticism as fuel for improvement. These posts aren't criticism, they're vandalism, and that's why they get deleted. __________________ "Don't worry about what anybody else is going to do. | Oh, Holy Jesus!! You said earlier that you only delete posts that are against the Terms of Use. Well, what the fuck is it??? One's that are against the Terms of Use of one's that point out who you are, just like you start threads trying to point out who other people are and the unethical things they do....hypocrisy at its best... |

1) You continually reiterate the impact this site has had on any situation where a loose conclusion can be drawn. 2) Anytime there is a customer complaint post you tell them to call xyz number and tell them you found out about the "truth" (in the abolute most loose sense) on FailingEnterprise.com 3) You always run back and cower behind "I will take down this site if the address the issues I've pointed out" blah blah blah. I guarantee ERAC has made over-the-top offers to resolve your specific customer complaints. They are not going to attempt to ovehaul the business because of yourbad experience with a branch in San Fran nor because you've read some angry employee posts on here. An analogy here would suit you best: "I will graciously take down this site if ERAC does one small favor...Change their colors to pink and tangerine and rename the company Coco's FuckStick" You attempt to make your position sound SO REASONABLE...What a magnanomous prick! In essence, this site is all about you and your ego! Why shouldn't the public know your name? If it weren't fot you, this site would not exist!?! |
