Hey Admin, has ERAC ever offered you anything to take down this site? Its a great site but I wonder to what lengths ERAC would do to get rid of it.

No, they've never offered anything to take down the site. I still stand by my offer, however. I'd be delighted to boast of changes they'd make, right here on the site.

My only goal is for them to stop these unethical and probably illegal practices.

I have no evidence that senior management is even aware of FailingEnterprise, but then I have almost no evidence senior management is even aware of the Internet, which isn't helping things.

Admin,
has ERAC contacted you in any way, other than for that brief period where we didn't have a discussion board? Just curious.

Is this website making an impact? Yes, maybe not with the company itself but with potential MTs, and that's all that really matters, because if you cut off the supply of fuel to a war machine, it will inevitably crumble.

ps Those that are used allow themselves to be put in that situation, so really the admin cannot be using us.[/quote]

Again what you don't underestand is that Admin did not create this website for MTs. That aspect of it is just a by-product since there are so many unhappy employees at the company and they use this place to vent. If an MT started it, i underestand. What I don't get is how is a pissed off customer is going to such extreme; I agree that he is probably using us.

Yes, an in-house Enterprise attorney and I have semi-regular two-way communications, although I sent an e-mail to her a couple of weeks ago and still haven't heard back.

She occasionally objects to something posted on the discussion board. I always investigate and give a prompt and thorough response. If someone posts something that violates Enterprise's legal rights, or violates our Terms of Use, I consult with my attorney and we do the right thing, which usually means deleting the posting.

They know exactly who I am and have all my contact information and both I and my attorney have talked with her on the phone. Enterprise always initiates these conversations and we've always resolved the (immediate) issues amicably.

I haven't heard from "management" in almost a year, though, since California/Hawaii President Greg Stubblefield rang up and asked "So, you used to work for us?", and then admitted he'd never actually seen the site.

My only goal is that they change their ways and stop the unethical and probably illegal practices.

Well, it really wasn't much of an "extreme". It took about half a day to build the site and a few minutes per week to maintain it and occasionally contribute on the discussion board. The hardest part by far was creating the logo parody. I had to edit that thing one pixel at a time; it took an hour to get it right.

The fuel that powers the discussion board is the vast pool of pissed off customers and employees; they do all the work here. I've just made truthful statements about my personal experiences and provided a public forum. Enterprise's business practices have done the rest.

Hey ADMIN,
If you are so good about removing posts that are objectionable, why do you wait for the Enterprise attorney to request it? Why don't you just do it yourself? There's a lot of hurtful stuff on this board that clearly mentions people's names and qualifies as libelous statements!

Well, for starters, I don't monitor the board or moderate or approve the posts. Heck, I don't even read all the posts.

There is no prohibition on mentioning names in our Terms of Use, but I do request in the Guideline for Postings that you don't mention names and then add particularly offensive comments, such as speculating on a female employee's sexual history, for example.

When someone does name names, you should consider all the evidence when deciding how much weight to give the comment, including the fact that the comment was made anonymously.

They still haven't paid you off? Good for Enterprise. If there were more privately owned companies who could blow off losers and run a company the way they see fit we would all be better off.

Clue: If the company sucks they won't get business. If the company doesn't suck they get business. Nothing you can do will change that.
