Also, some of your posts got erased. I know how much you wanna be a Branch Manager here on Failing E. Just email the Admin and he’ll rectify the problem. You go, girlfriend! Get that promotion! |

| You still have not addressed the issue at hand. Why is it ok for you to call people out by name but it isn't ok for us to try to find out who you are? People point out reasons the service you are providing sucks and rather than fix it you just do your own thing. Do you think you know how your site should be run better than we do? That is almost like saying that you know how someone should be running their rental company. Someone from Cali confirm who this lame is. I’m ready to start making phone calls, writing letters, and starting websites about his crappy service. |

I was able to manipulate the number of hits I got on a thread. I just entered and re-entered the thread over and over. I was able to make it look like I'd had 80 hits in under 15 minutes. I've also read through the Administrator’s bogus ass lectures about “R-squared analysis.” Well, Admin . . . if you can “cook the books” on this site (as I, and many others have probably done) where is the credibility? Where? I would assume that most hits are the same people returning to see if anyone has replied to their posts. Please tell me that thought has entered your mind. And, any statistician will tell you that you should ALWAYS question numbers. I seriously doubt you’re getting 20,000 NEW hits a day. A large percentage of that number represents repeat posters . . . not newbies to the site. Sorry. And to really ruffle ERAC’s feathers you will need a lot more than a website. I’ve read entries throughout this discussion board. I enjoy the trash talking, cues, and liaisons. But how can you start to believe that a website is gonna make a billion dollar company collapse? Must be a nice parallel universe you live in ;) Folks walk on their hands and hamburgers eat people. And websites must be able to topple large corporations. |

| He says he doesn't moderate so he can't be held liable for slanderous posts against individuals. He has to let people post anonymously because if he required people to register to post then he would be required to take action against individual accounts when they broke the rules and thereby cut down on his number of users. In fact, he loves it when people come here and call someone (other than himself) out by name because it upsets people and that is what he wants. If I were a husband of one of these females who has, probably, been falsely accused of sucking dick to get ahead I would make a trip and put a foot in a certain Admin's ass. I know you were fishing for a response from him, but he is just going to delete your post anyway so I thought I would answer for him. His non-moderation is in full effect in this thread. |

| My opinion is still that he isn't attempting to right any wrongs, he is attempting to get paid. He has put Enterprise in a no win situation with this website. If they change their evil ways and do business like the rest of the rental companies (who are no more ethical by the way) then they will suck like the rest of the rental companies. If they don't change then he will continue to scream about their evilness and how he is the king of business and knows exactly what they need to do to make all customers and employees happy 100% of the time. I have pointed out in the past that this is all a balance. A 100% guarantee on the availability of the car you reserved means that if you don't show up, in order for Enterprise to be profitable, they are going to have to charge you a fee. Approximately 30% of reservations are no-shows. On one side of the scale you have probably 1% of renters who show up and the car they reserved isn't there. Of that 1% the majority can be satisfied in some way. On the other side of the scale you have 30% of people not showing up for their reservations. If you charge them a fee for not showing up they are going to be pissed off. A few people may get screwed with the way Enterprise runs its fleet and handles reservations but I think they have chosen the right path to satisfy the greatest majority of customers. If Enterprise ever takes your advice and changes their ways I will be right behind you starting up another website that says they suck and offers a forum for disgruntled employees in an attempt to get them to change it back. P.S.-- I can't believe that no one in the California area knows this guys name...He has walked in and rented cars and made a website and been a dick and I am sure just through common knowledge someone can say his name. It isn't like I’m asking for information stored solely in a company computer system that might constitute a criminal disclosure of personal information. People actually KNOW him and it isn't a crime to say the name of a guy you know. |

| You wouldn't be on here 24/7 bashing Admin if you "hate" ERAC. I still work at ERAC and know for a fact this site is having an effect in my Group and elsewhere. If you don't work there anymore, how would you know otherwise? |
