I hope people begin to see you for what you are, a scammer. If there is one thing anyone who has rented enough cars with a cash deposit recognizes, it's a scam. I’m sure many of the current and ex-ERACers know exactly what I'm talking about. You have the reek of a crook. A smart and skillful crook, but a crook nonetheless. And once that smell is recognized there is nothing that will make it go away.

Every dollar required to build and maintain Failing Enterprise has come from my own pocket. Every bit of work has been done with my own hands. I provide this site free, as a public service. I've never received any money or compensation in any way, never even the first dollar of revenue or profit, and I've turned down all donations. I even keep my own name off the site because the focus is not on me, and I'm not interested in becoming famous because of this.

After all that, you think I'm somehow doing this as a scam? Read my open letter to Steve Weidner, and you think I'm a crook? You've lost your mind.

Go attack the Salvation Army, or the Red Cross, or the SPCA. They're a much bigger target than I am, and they actually take donations and have people on the payroll.

I agree with you in that erac tries to buy ESQI and they do train their customers that if they complain, they get what you want. If erac didn't give the farm away to everyone who complains, that would help to fix the problem. It doesn't help that erac gives the employees very little backing if their in-branch decision is questioned. But then you tossed in that scamming line. Not everyone at erac has intentions of fucking over a customer.

All JeahHo's story told me was that people suck and bitch about dumb shit sometimes (And Admin, don't rebutt with: Is not receiving a car you reserved and being hit with a bait n' switch is dumb shit?). That's not what I'm saying. JeahHo's stoy is exactly why I'm hesitant to blindly support every customer that brings their story on this site.
