Proposed New User Ranks!

Hello All,

I got a request to reconsider the User Ranks. Remember that rank is assigned to registered users based on how many posts they've had.

Here's my new proposal. No numbers yet for the higher ranks because nobody's there yet. Feedback, please.

Some Regions no longer have city managers...they have Regional Rental Managers

I would repace City w/ Group Rental Manager.

Also, I think a few less in the Management Trainee/ Applicant stages.

Yes, it's quite a few stages, but for people just starting out, I want to give them lots of feedback and accomplishment. They'll move through them automatically.

If you want to be realistic.. throw a few admin positions in there. Like payroll clerk, loss control trainee, vehicle repair coordinator, HR administrator.

Anyone who is promoted to MA but can't make assistant manager within six months should automatically default to one of these.

Or if they get pregnant. Admin @ ERAC is like the "alternative school" in my hometown where the girls go if they are "in the family way".

Please somebody confirm this for me, but from what I understand, many Groups have "Regionalized", which means the Group has been paritioned into Regions. Perhaps Group 65 hasn't done this yet?

I think Failing Enterprise is going to regionalize tonight (we served pages to 12,000 unique IP addresses last month, and many or most of those were employees, I suspect, so we might already be larger than the largest group), and I'll use the "Regional Rental Manager" rank.
