How the hell are you defining service? Do you know anything about the industry at all? Show me one study that shows we are not at the top of our game. I understand you had some bad experiences and apparently you were not impressed with our attempts to appease you. And you know what, maybe we just screwed up every single opportunity to make you happy. But you are rare my friend. In a world of over 100 million annual transactions, we're not going to be perfect, but we will continue to be the best in the industry.

Just because YOU take negative discussions about ERAC personal, there's no reason to call Admin a "scumbag".

You just have no way of defending ERAC, since most of what is said here is true.

I commend you on your ability to spin things, are you one of those O'Reilly Factor people?

I can tell that you have built a compelling place for a few people to keep checking in, to see what will happen next - BUT I don't think you should kid yourself about having a significant audience. I suspect that greater than 90% of your visitors abandoned your site from the home page. Right? You've got the log files and can confirm or deny this, I'm sure.

The reason your traffic is growing is because you have given a few people a place to live out their pathetic existence. They check in daily, weekly, etc to see who gets the short end of your stick (that was not meant to sound pornographic nor was it a strike at your manhood…but it did make me laugh like Beavis for just a second). Then they go off and visit the trekky site too (it happens...read the previous poster).

If this sort of thing makes you happy, that's great for you. It's unfortunately that you have figured out a way to disparage my employer and masturbate yourself into a frenzy at the same time, but that's your choice. It's just too bad that you have confused tantalizing people with unfair criticisms and personal attacks with trying to make a difference.

Then again, you are probably smarter than that. You really do know you're a scumbag, don't you.
Let me make sure I've got this correct: you criticize the site for "personal attacks", and then sign off by saying "You really do know you're a scumbag, don't you."? You should call that junior college and ask for your money back.

Have you read some of the other posts on this site? I actually thought I was being nice compared to some of you idiots

Think about it!
Just because 1% come to a complaint site and publicly air their grievences doesn't mean they are the only ones dissatisfied. The population on this website is just a small representation of the overall problems at Enterprise. Corp ESQi is roughly 80. Add in say 10% somewhat satisfied, and you have 10% that are not satisfied with the level of service received.

Let me make sure I've got this correct: You claim your site is meant to bring about some dramatic change in the way Enterprise conducts itself in the business world, yet half of the posts I've read from you seem to serve no other purpose than to mock, offend, and generally titilate your own ego. Why don't you just re-code your home page to explain that the real purpose of this website is to give you some justification for existing in your own pathetic world.

See, I didn't use the word scumbag once there. And I would call for my money back, but $15,000 for 7 of the best years of my life still seems pretty fair to me.

It took you 7 years to graduate from junior college?

Finally, we agree on something. Now take a look at other industries. Here's a good company to dissect. Southwest Airlines, they remind me a lot of Enterprise. World renowned for their service, but I suspect this Admin guy would bitch that he doesn't get to fly up front in first class with the rest of the people who think frequent flyer miles somehow correlate to penis size.

80% completely satisfied is a lofty goal for any company. To be able to pull that off and employee over 60,000 people is something to be proud of. If I were Jack, Andy, Don or any of those guys I'd go to bed at night knowing that I'm putting food on the table for a lot of people.

There's always going to room for improvement, but until the human race is made up of perfectionists, like you guys, it's not going to happen.

I apologize if my wit was too quick for you, I was being facetious (my diploma doubled as a word of the month calendar too...that's where I learned big words like facetious)

Uh, Southwest doesn't have first class.
