Are you intentionally missing the point? Read the site. I understand how you'd like to dismiss me as one of those types of customers, but even a quick read (skip the big words if you'd like) of the main pages will show this isn't true.

And putting booze in shot glasses for a lot of other people who've had to deal with you during the day.

Yeah, that must have been it, your "wit was too quick" for me.

Uh, Southwest doesn't have first class.
<laughing really loud>

Thanks for this.

I'm sorry, I'll type slower so you understand.

Admin seems like the type of business traveler that would go to Southwest Airlines for their great rates and then complain every time that he cannot sit in the first class section that doesn't exist.

You are one of those customers. It's ok, it's not your fault. Blame it on your parents, it will make you feel better.

I don't get the booze reference, but that may be the junior college coming back to haunt me

You may be right here, Enterprise may be on the way down. Who knows, I've never seen a slip since I've been here, but it could be coming. I like to think that if things slipped that much we would react appropriately. Until that time, I am just going to continue to work hard and please the vast majority of people.

(note: it took a lot of muscles not to type "just like your mom" after that last sentence)

Really? Well I have a wife that works for ERAC and she loves it as do the majority of the folks that work there...A great company and oh wait they don't care about their employees or as you all say "under appreciated" well do you think that when she started and was diagnosed with cancer (2 weeks after being hired), was out 5 months for surgery and radiation, that they let her go? NO, they did not have to keep her since she did not qualify for STD/LTD/FMLA, etc...they (a letter and a phone call from Andy Taylor) told her to get better and not to worry her job is secure...
You all running this site, sending out postcards really need to step back and seriously take a look at yourselves. Just because you could not hack it at ERAC doesn't mean that others can not. Underpaid? Do not think so, as many of my friends are ERAC employees ranging from Asst Branch Mgr- to GCAM making a ton of money (85-225k per year). Sure MTs are not paid all that well but that is WHY they work their way up. ERAC is a great company a fantastic community citizen and does care about their employees. They do work long hours but many other people do too! This world is not packed with 8-5 jobs...so if you are going to attack ERAC start other sites for many other companies where their employees CARE about their work and their company just like ERAC folks. They care about their customers. If their customers hated them they would not come back, nor would they have such high marks in customer service.
No I am not and ERAC employee but, I know the culture. It is the spirit of the ERAC employees that make it a great company. You all attack it because you lack the will-power and energy to handle a TOUGH job like one at ERAC. So keep on building your site..send out postcards...you all will be shut do sooner or later by ERAC lawyers for un-authorized use of their logos etc...Bunch of sorry loosers..

I'm so sorry to hear your wife had cancer. I hope she's better now and back in her job. It was a right honorable thing for Andy Taylor to step up like that. He did a good thing there and deserves public credit for it.

Sorry to hear about the cancer. But, it's funny that you just threw out some commonly overused enterprise cliches while defending it just now and you don't even work there. Classic.

Ok, which RVP sent this out? I honestly thought this was a joke. Nice try for sympathy on the cancer comment. I'm not buying it. Maybe it did happen, but the Taylor's would have no other choice than to secure your wife's job. If not, 60 Minutes would be all over it and it would cost the company millions. Andy made a smart decision absorbing the $9.85/hour your wife makes versus the cost of a litigation. The 85K to 225K/per year made me chuckle. You are not even in the ball park. I love the "you could just not hack it" response. How simplistic and unrealistic. Yeah I couldn't hack it as a bathroom janitor either; it doesn't make it a noble or respectable job. I know you never see your wife and maybe that's why you like Erac. More time for you to screw around and less time listening to her BS. Very Funny post :-).

You all are too funny. I would be more than happy to give you my number.. Call me, email me...I will PM my email address ...I don't care we can talk. The cancer thing is real trust me she had a radical hystorectomy at 25 you heartless assholes... and no they DID not have to gaurnatee her job as she was only there two weeks and was out for 5 months....Andy does not need to receive a public award for this. IT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO...
