Default It can be GOOD!!

I can believe all of your experiences with Enterprise have occured. But, I would like to let you know that the city that I currently work in is not one in which employees or customers would have many complaints. When speaking with other groups I personally have experienced poor service, but this is not what Enterprise supports as a company. In anything you do or are a part of in life you individually represent others. These others, from reading this web page are making all of us who are honest, and run our business ethically look bad. Enterprise Employees with bad experiences are quiting thier managers, and not the company. If their management was fair and understanding then these complaints would not exist. I am proud to say that I am from a city in which upper managent is fair, understanding, and flexible. We take family life and work balance very seriouslly, and customer service is our #1 priority. I have been with the company for a little over 2 years now, and it has given me exactly what I expected from a career. I have many friends who work at large comanys in my city, and if I wasn't 100% happy I would not hesitate to seek out other opportunities. I have not a single reason to leave. Too bad that in life the bad apples ruin the reputation of everyone. Sorry to those of you who have had poor experiences. I promise that good people with this company do exist!!

Great idea, we should look into that!!! But who will be left to help drive your OP and do all of the gruntwork? Because the feelings expressed on this website represents 75% of your workforce. If we leave, then you will have to start to move down the food chain a little and start hiring unassuming high school grads to perform the daunting task of renting cars. God knows that renting cars is like brain surgery, a high school grad couldnt possibly be capable of doing this line of work.

Go back to worshiping Jack and Andy and living the green dream.
