| The back and forth between Theo and Brian was hilarious. Brian was the TYPICAL green bleeder that quoted their ranking and recruitiment of college grads...cliche and cliche. It was so funny that Theo would thank him for his comments and just effectively tackle every point that was made. I just found it funny how polite Theo was to such an obvious tool. |

Yeah, it's an expectation, not a binding contract that ERAC will pick you up under ANY circumstances. |

| I find it interesting how nobody points out that there are geographic restrictions with the pickup policy. For example, the office I work at has to have a policy that we don't offer a pickup more than 5 miles from our office. We also don't offer the pickup service on Saturday. We only have 2 people on that day and can't spare one for a 45 minute ride to BFE. There is a good reason for the policy. Reason one, at my location 5 miles could take as much as 30 minutes one way. Thats over an hour to pickup one customer. I have 3 people that can pickup customers. If three people call to get picked up at 8:00 in the morning I have to tell the other 6 people that want cars to fuck off for an hour while I get three other customers. Reason two, Cost effective?? Enterprise is not an emergency taxi service. If that were the case we would charge people for the service. The pickup service is a free service offered in the local area of the branch you call. The national ads and the website both state the restrictions on the pickup service. We lose over 1500 dollars a month at my branch offering the FREE Pickup to our customers. I can certainly understand the disappointment you have with the service you recieved. However, I get shitty hamburgers at McDonalds all the time. And they don't even offer to bring my food to the table. Imagine that a company that doesn't even offer to go above and beyond to help out a customer. My advice is to look forward to your next rental. There are just as many horror stories out there about Hertz, Avis, Budget, and all the others. Be smart, shop around and get over it. Good luck |
