| That is the best thing that could happen most of the " kids " that just start at ERAC right out of college are not the perfect fit for ERAC the best thing ERAC could do is market to the 25 - 30 year old crowd if they would start to do that forum's like this would be a thing of the past. |

| 25 to 30 year olds won't stay at ERAC either. You're talking about recruiting people who are between jobs to come to a new job where they will wear business suits while they clean vehicles, put up with unreasonable customers, and accept paychecks that are abysmal. Recent college graduates are the best candidates for ERAC because recent college grads don't know any better. Most of the new ERAC hires are just desperate for a job and are actively looking for a "real job" as soon as they finish their third interview. |
