And yet a legitimate periodical by the name of Businessweek printed an article listing erac as #9 out of the top ten customer service companies out there.

I'm not a fan, for my own reasons of erac, but who really cares about your traffic count. The green machine is too big for you to ever have a true impact on it. This site is only good for a laugh or learning who is screwing who in New Jersey when you live in Iowa. Yippee. We're all intellectually edified!

Yes personally I applaud the site as it was originally intended. A place to vent about shitty service for customers and shitty treatment for employees. As a customer and employee that was screwed over by them, I was very happy to find this site and community.

But its become a bitchfest. People make up shit, people bash each other relentlessly, people make baseless accusations and threats. Customers and new people asking questions are run off by the "vets". Its become a hostile environment, and its obviously causing a fall off in traffic to the site. But when its brought up or mentioned, Admin just deletes it.

While I can understand not wanting to have negative attention, its hypocritical and seems to indicate his motives are more self-serving and attention getting than the noble cause this site originally was conceived as. If ????? just let folks talk about it and/or respond and shut them the hell up, cool with me. But he claims upper ERAC managment tries to silence former customers, employees, and even himself with underhanded methods. Yet he does the exact same thing. And then he puts shit up like New Traffic Record, which toots his own horn, obviously showing that the state of the site can be talked about, but only in good terms. This parallels with ERAC where they have obviously made NO mention of the layoffs/closures in Germany, and its forbidden to talk about, yet continue to tout their newest locations in Puerto Rico.

Its one thing to express your opinions, but another to start arguments and berate people (like the TOU forbids). If ????? was interested in running a serious discussion board he would have stopped this behavior long ago.

I hope some lawyer can make a case against his inconsistency in enforcing the Terms Of Use.
