Default You think you have issues?

I don't think Enterprise is a "failing Enterprise". Pre-tell why would you think that. Can somebody tell me why they think it is?

Okay okay I will tell you why it isn't. I have read quite a few posts from everything under the sun like why it's good being a employee of the company to why it's crappy being an employee. Has anybody checked to see what the competition is about. Are they experiencing the same dilemmas? The answer is yes it doesn't matter what color you wear ie the red and white, the orange and blue, or the direct competitors the black and gold. No rental car comapny is going to fail for the fact they are doing the same crap everywhere. It's all about market share which Enterprise has the majority when you look at off-airport. Now many of the other companies have tried to take that market share but have failed miserably. Now Enterprise is going after the big playas and going after the airport market share.

I think the issue here is that a bunch of people employed by Enterprise have been given the directive to post a number of inane threads on the site in order to dilute the reality that working at ERAC is one of the worst decisions a human being can make.

I would assume that the name of the website is only the beginning of the sentence that probably ends .......when it comes to customer service or ......when it comes to holding reservations. Any company that year in and year out beats previous revenue records going thru the shit they have gone through as far as 9/11, HLE and other issues is not exactly "Failing". Do they have issues? Yes. Do they have a good numbered of disgruntled employees? Yes. But guess what? They make a sick amount of revenue (9+ billion) per year, they pay off all of their debts yearly for car purchases which to me is pretty ridiculous considering most of their loans are 24+ month loans from what I understand and they run a pretty good business model that others in the industry are attempting to emulate as well. I have always stated that ERAC is not perfect and that there are things that they need to work on but you have got to put certain things in perspective. With the amount of transactions that ERAC does and the amount of complaints (not going by ESQI) but actual complaints done you are probably looking at a number less than 5% and to be honest that is not bad. That Geico claim about 99% of people are completely satisfied is BS because it is a skewed number based off of questions asked during the policy inception and calls to people who have not gone thru claims. They are a great insurance company don't get me wrong but to actually think that a company does 99% or EVERYTHING right. Get the fuck out of here. PEACE OUT!
