 Companies that offer MT programs The biggest deterrent to working for ERAC, for me, would be the long hours. I definitely value my free time. I will sacrifice some sanity and respect for a regular paycheck, however. So, I am definitely NOT going to interview for this company. My question is this: Are there any good, reputable and respected companies out there that offer a similiar OJT type management program minus most of the nightmare working conditions mentioned frequently on this website?  |
