And your latest horror story is just another example of simple miscommunciation. Nothing more. That customer had a right to be upset, but it doesn't mean that enterprise is the devil, as I'm sure you would try to spin it. Keep up the great work, clown. I rarely read them, but the last few I read contained more dramatic adjectives and exaggerated desciptions of the event than a day time soap opera. It's not a surprise that you post such one-sided and overly dramatic "customers" descriptions of their rental experiences. It's also funny that you call them "horror" stories.
