Default I WAS a Happy Enterprise Employee!!!!

Two weeks ago, I was a happy Enterprise Rent a car employee. I was suckered into this company back in November, and hired on the spot. I have to say, I was told that I would work EVERY OTHER Saturday. I dont think that was ever the situation. I dont think I ever had a weekend to myself. Nor was I working full time for the company, but yet I was always so tired when it came to having free time to myself.

Recently i came into a "personal" situation involving my own "personal" car. Not thinking that it would affect my job, I thought it would be ok. WRONG!!!!!! On Monday, July 27, 2006 I was let go of Enterprise. I put in 8 months of my life to this company. I busted my ass, went above and beyond, was 1st on the "Customer Service Matrix" for four months for my sales, and sell ups, etc. And for what? NOTHING!!!!!!

I have never been so pissed in my life. I always thought that your personal life was not to be brought into your work life. I was always told at training that keep your personal life outside, and concentrate on work at work. Well, who would think that my personal life would come to bite me in the ass.

Oh well, nice to finally have my weekends to myself. YAY!!!!

If your "personal situation" happened to be a DUI or enough points on your record, ERAC had a right to let you go. You are a huge liability to the company since you drive employees/accounts/customers. I have seen this many times. ERAC does an annual random check of your MVR, and if it comes up DUI or too many points it doesn't matter who you are. I hate ERAC and the way they run a business, but this is a situation where they are right.

Dont be ashamed most ERAC men do... As a matter of fact I think that might be one of the criteria for hire.
