WHAT DID HE MEAN BY THAT???

When you post as an unregistered user, you're now presented with a distorted image of some typed characters. You have to identify the characters correctly and type them into a box in order to post. The idea is that it's easy for humans to pass this test, and hard for automated robots to pass it.
