| Hello All, Enterprise has announced the financial results for their most recent fiscal year. http://www.failingenterprise.com/doc...YO6_Sept06.pdf This still looks to me like they're grooming the company and public opinion for a possible IPO or spin-off. At this point, I suppose I ought to release Failing Enterprise's fiscal year 2006 financials: Revenue: $0 Income: $0 Profit: $0 Admin __________________ "Don't worry about what anybody else is going to do. They'd have to take on a shedload of accountants - qualified ones, not people who couldn't 'hack' rental. That would cost them a fortune, especially with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. __________________ Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? |

| ????? they're not going public, get off that track. You know it because you work in the financial district (can't park a truck, remember?)....ERAC with an IPO? that's funny as shit. Andy will never give up this cash cow, it's his to control and reap the huge profits. He answers to...no one. ERAC goes public: he answers to any lowlife with enough spare cash to "own ERAC"...not gonna happen. this is a Taylor gig. __________________ "Book that deal!" "You said we're sold out!?!" | I love how all they talk about is Revenue.... It cracks me up. I would love to see how the account for there Intercompany revenue at the Corporate level. Do they actually eliminate it properly? Also, what is the corporate EBIT and EBITDA. External interest expense? Also, do they discount there revenue numbers for monies written off for Customersatisfaction/Coupons (which does not role up to the revenue section of there income statement)? |

Think about those people who leave waiver on and then write it off after the fact, etc... That INFLATES revenue numbers. |
