Why would you buy an Impala in the first place? Most american cars are poorly made. the Impala is one of them.

Here's something to think about. Rental agencies buy what 2 million cars between them every year? They sell about 10% of them back to the public right. So what about the other 1.8 million where do they go? You got it used car dealers. SO when it comes down to it, if the used car you are buying didn't come from a private owner it was probably a rental.
