I'm sure you don't, but I'm also sure your ERAC experience wasn't a detriment to your career aspirations. After all, you were just a car prep. You're probably 19 years old and have your whole life ahead of you. Go do something useful with your life that benefits the society you live in as a whole. Don't dwell on some car washing job. Move on with life and figure out what will make you happy.
