Ever think it's not the companies you work for? Maybe it's you? To get fired from ERAC or the Gap you almost have to try, or be a complete waste of oxygen. I know you're not in high school. The point I was making is that most of the kids that work at retail jobs (Best Buy, Banana Republic, Gap, etc) are in high school. Therefore, anyone qualifies to work there.

OK, maybe "anyone" wasn't exactly correct. They'll hire "most people". The strikes you have against you are that you were fired from your last two places of employment, and I'll stand by my previous statment on that issue. If you get fired from a menial labor job in America, you must have been trying to get fired.

how was i supposed to know that i couldn't bring a vid camera into work,
i was bored and had nothing better else to do

Well, I would argue it's common sense not to bring a video camera to work and screw around while someone is paying you. If your old boss allowed that behavior, then that's on him. Also, if there legitimately isn't anything to do, the smart thing to do would be to keep a low profile, and not draw attention to yourself by making videos. That's what I mean by trying to get fired. Acting like that is trying to get fired. Maybe you didn't consciously know it, but that's how any manager would perceive it, and perception is reality

well it's not like he said ""don't bring that camera in here"" because he didn't
he liked watching my videos that i made even when not there,
and at our branch, we couldn 't even access the NET just that stupid intranet , hell i even tried submitting a few sites and that didn't even go thru

Your manager shouldn't have to specifically tell you some things aren't acceptable. I'm sure he didn't tell you not to access porn sites on the internet but everyone knows that's not acceptable either. As for the internet, no the branches don't have it and they don't need it. Only area managers and admin need access to internet, otherwise the MTs will all just screw around on it. As for sitting around and snoring, "unregistered" is right. When car preps aren't washing cars, they should be sent home.
As for your manager liking your videos, if he knew you were making them at work, then it's on him and he's screwed up. But there's a difference between enjoying an entertainment product one of your car preps made at home, and allowing car preps to make movies while being paid by ERAC.
