I've banned the new account, but I don't think it's him. The IP address comes from a different part of the country. I think someone's just trying to hoax us.

FYI, he has been banned a number of times on howardshrine.net and he quickly starts acting up again as soon as he is let back in. So don't expect him to change his ways for long.
