ESQI has always been open to abuse - even though City managers etc will tell you it doesnt happen, we all know it does.

Don't lie and say you never did it.

I know my area and branch managers advocated it - even demanded it on regular occasions.

By saying you never did it makes you more of a liar, and still unable to enter discussion without trying to put down anyone who argues against you.

A typical example of ERAC management - can't think of an argument and resort to slagging people off.

I'm American and know what slagging off means. I see ERAC is still recruiting the sharpest minds available!

Yes, you're right. Gas is a part of business too. However, if someone asks for the tank to be full before they leave, we have no problem at all doing so.

It is a busy business. Replacement policies seem pretty simple. Please, just bring the car back at the same level of gas it was at when you left. That isn't that bad. C'mon, be honest..if you are that offended by that, I don't know how I can help make it better for you. If you want a full tank, it all rounds out to the same situation.

"California businessman ????? ??????? may be the ultimate disgruntled customer. ??????? says Enterprise failed to provide on 10 of 15 occasions a full-size car he had reserved, so in 2003 he established a website, failingenterprise.com, that he says has posted thousands of complaints from the public about the company. He accuses Enterprise branches of too few cars available for customers with reservations and renting cars with almost-empty gas tanks.

Enterprise spokeswoman Christy Conrad says the overwhelming number of postings are anonymous, so it's difficult to judge their credibility.

Taylor says ???????'s rental experiences are "definitely not the norm and definitely not acceptable at Enterprise." He says local offices do not operate with too few vehicles and it is not company policy to provide cars with nearly empty gas tanks. Renting a car with a quarter tank or less is unacceptable, he says."

Thousands of complaints? You're kidding right? When was the last true customer complaint posted on this site?

It's no wonder USA Today doesn't take ????? or his site seriously- thousands of complaints? They must mean thousands of posts of gossip, slander, over a thousand of Robert's anti-gay, anti-liberal troll bait posts and a few hundred posts calling Bary out for allowing it.

Yawn. Does the kindergarten teacher know that one of her students is trolling around a website?
