If we can just save ONE person from making the mistake we did by accepting the job, this site has served a valid purpose. It will save a lot of employee's aggravation, and hell, maybe even prevent some liver damage...or maybe a marriage!! My bet is this site is educating hundreds of potential hires monthly to avoid this deal at all costs....and for that Admin...this Bud is for you! (by the way....Sober for 956 days since that last erac happy hour and still going strong...LOL)
This site has so much activity from former employees compared to other companies because this company flat out SCREWS employees...and sells it to them like they are the best company ever created. It wasn't a normal work experience by any means. New college grads are taken advantage of BIGTIME....and people don't forget something like that. That is why there is so much anger in these posts. Employees got used and abused, turned and burned..., and we just dont want it to happen to others....PERIOD. Whether or not that was the original intention for Admin's website or not....you have to agree that there are A LOT of pissed off employees....more than a normal company. You are correct brainwashed eracer's..it's not normal that there would be this many former employees of a company complaining.....willing to spend personal time to bring their experiences to light, but I think many would agree with me that they ARE willing to do it because they were treated THAT BADLY by this company. I think their employment practices are BARELY legal.
Example: Whats the deal with "SALARY...plus overtime" anyway???? That makes NO SENSE! you are paid HOURLY...take your salary divided by 80 hours (bi monthly) and there you go...HOURLY...plus overtime. They just don't want to tell you that because it comes out to such a ridiculous wage per hour. You realize that resulted from an employment wage lawsuit too, right? Interviewee's...wanna have some fun??...try this: Have a branch manager explain to you IN DETAIL how overtime is calculated. Have them break it down....in detail. They can't! Don't let them off the hook. Keep asking them what the hourly overtime wage is. It is COMICAL and you will see what a joke this company really is. Even worse...there are a large percentage of managers that don't even know what their employees base pay levels are in general (lets forget overtime cause none of them know it) ...and these are the BRANCH MANAGERS...your potential BOSS
