You can't unless they post it or you can tell from their posts. When you post here you post anonomously. You can't even find our IP addresses (or at least we are told).

Can you believe how outrageous people are getting with usernames these days slave no more? I prefer conservative and easygoign usernames myself.

That is why I always use a suername that I can be identified easily with.
