Here's how it works. ????? tries to drum up interest in the site, which is difficult to do since no customers actually visit the site. He created the character Robert, who is used to get a reaction out of people and get more posts. Grover is his "adversary" who he routinely lets get kicked in the balls. Their two whacky points of view make people respond and he drives his numbers up and brags about being the administrator of a top customer complaint site. This despite no customers actually visit the site.

i've wondered about this because i've been able to have decent discussions with robert, when i ignore his original offensive salvos in other threads which have been, of course, deleted from the site.

however, when robert and i were discussing the administration of this site, robert stated that he agreed that the administration was inconsistent at best. i don't think admin would ever agree to that. so my theory is that robert is not admin.

can't speak to robert/ grover / other identities. btw, excellent point about no customers visiting this site. who in their right mind, having never worked for the green machine, after reading the posts from current and previous employees would ever venture a comment pro or con on this site.

which once again begs the question, what the hell is the point of this site. for me it's laughs and a reflection of happiness of no longer working at erac.

i do wish that admin would run the site consistently and either allow all speech or monitor the site with integrity. oops, no this is going to be deleted.

hating erac and the administration of this site are not mutually exclusive concepts.
