Don't actually work there anymore

Hello all! I just had to post here because there is nowhere else that is specific to the Corporate offices. I worked in I.T. for around four years, and I have to admit that the first two years were actually great. I had great managers and I found the upper echelon of corporate to be down to earth and extremely friendly.

My problem with the company was that after about two years they started shaking up the management in I.T. There were some great people who left Erac all together because they brought in these "Whiteshirts" that micromanaged to the Nth degree. We were having meetings about meetings every day, and no real work was able to get done because we spent so much time talking about it and time tracking it. The person that I reported to directly was a psychopath. He really got his jollies off of the little scrap of power that he had and he made the whole department suffer. We had one employee that had been there for 20+ years who changed departments and shifts because she would not work for the man. I really hope he is not still there.

I do know a few people who are still employed there but are pretty far removed from my old area, so I am not sure how I.T. is running now days.

I just felt that I should put my thoughts out there and would love to answer any questions anyone might have. I have some as well if anyone is tied to I.T. at Corp or at Weldon.
