Admin,

Sites like this exist in just about every industry. The pharma industry has an open forum for just about every major pharma company out there. It's called www.cafepharma.com. It used to be for research about pharma companies, now it's a website dedicated to bashing employees and managers. The reason I bring this up is because they know the site exists, but they don't speak about it. I brought up that site to one of my friends that works for Novartis and he immediately changed the subject. Much like FailingEnterprise, if I bring it up to one of my friends that work there they change the subject. Keep up the good work Admin.

I do not work at corporate but I do work in Natres and yes the policies and practices are just as shady. I have been with the company for quite a few years and yes although we do not have to deal with the same issues as the branch does, we do have to deal with many other people that think that they know everything...including adjusters, customers, claims reps..the list goes on and on. The reward hard work with more work and the same amount of pay..the hours are worse than a Branch..we are open 365 days a year and 24 hours a day. So when you post your comments about how good natres is..just remember that a majority of the people are not happy there either...but it pays the bills.
